I went and saw ‘Date Night” like night with Tina Fey and Steve Carell, and although I am not typically a fan of either of them - it was totally funny. I was so pleasantly surprised. My sister and I were taking my mom out for mother’s day last night instead of Sunday so we couldn’t see any of the other, more exciting movies because you know… she hates that stuff. So it was either ‘Date Night’ or ‘The Backup Plan’, and FUCK if I was going to sit through another horrible Jennifer Lopez movie. And seriously though, anyone want to tell me when Tina Fey got such a hot bod? Forreal.
I also felt like a giant pussy because during the previews they showed a trailer for “Letters to Juliet” and when they show the older woman finding her man I legitimately teared up a bit. Okay fine, I started crying. But it looks so sad and adorable, I mean common, old people love? Adorable.
